This is our return policy that we need to follow for a great customer experience:
- Nobody like returns but we have to accept and manage it for a great customer experience
- Customer are the most value of our business
- We have a 14 days return period for customer satisfaction - it's starting after delivery time
- We ask the customer many times about the reason and try to find a solution before he return it
- You know we generating new orders with spending money on marketing, if we return an order, we lost the double money because no marketing platform return us money back after we spending it
