If we manage the returns by sending them to your own warehouse then our return system will provide the customer who wants to return a product the exact return address and the rules associated with returning a product.
The customer will be informed to ship the returns back with DHL, not another carrier. When he provides the tracking number in our system of the return parcel, we will raise an RMA request to you and will provide the reason of return and the tracking number of the return.
If we manage the returns by sending them back to Amazon FBA then the return requests will not be automatically approved for the customer. We need to raise an RMA request to you and you need to provide a return label from Amazon.
When you provide the label you need to change the RMA status to “Providing amazon return label” in max. 48 hours, only then we can provide good customer service.
*If no return labels are provided within 48 hours we will proceed to send the returned product to our warehouse.
Once we receive the label from you we will send it to the customer and manually approve the return request.
