This is the shipping policy that we need to follow for a great customer experience.

  • If a parcel is lost the seller has to contact the carrier and has the responsibility to send a new parcel if requested by the customer.
  • If a parcel can't be delivered and it's returned back to the seller we need to be informed as soon as possible because we have to contact the customer.
  • If a product has a quality issue or it's delivered damaged the seller has the responsibility to send a new one.
  • The shipping time that we provide to our customers is 3-5 working days for Germany and 4-6 days for Austria.
  • Orders need to be fulfilled daily and tracking info needs to be uploaded within 72 hours max.
